What is the Biggest Challenge TEAM R&R Faces with Each Response?
Funding.  We work tirelessly to have the skills needed to effectively respond to a need but often, the lack of funding hinders our efforts. We couldn't possibly respond to all the disasters that occur, but we have to be ready when a situation happens that we can afford to offer assistance. Many times, there may be some finds available to go, but I still have to operate primarily from my personal earnings. On a fire fighters salary there’s not a lot of extra cash. I make sacrifices in my everyday life to do the important work that makes up TEAM R&R.
