How long have you been doing this?
I started the concept for TEAM R&R in 2000. Then, in 2001 I developed into a non-profit organization under the name of TEAM R&R Disaster Assistance.Â
I started slowly by helping with local rescue and recovery needs and branched out when the flooding of the Mississippi happened. I responded to the tornadoes and storms throughout the Midwest and eventually into Florida to help with the devastation of Hurricane Charlie. I was fortunate to have the ability to respond to the bombing of the World Trade Center and arrived as the sun was coming up the morning of September 12, 2001.
As of this writing, my most recent response effort was to Hurricane Rita in 2005.
